6 Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension and Closure

If jita365 believes that unusual activity or a breach of terms is occurring on an account, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account during investigation. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. You should withdraw any remaining balance before making the request. Once an account closure request is processed, reactivation may not be possible.

9 Limitation of Liability
